Predictions and Confirmations of an ElectroMagnetic Universe

Velikovsky Predictions


  1. Remnant magnetism in the Moon although our satellite not having a manetic fields of its own. (5)

  2. Thermal gradient on the moon with heat flowing to the surface (6).

  3. Recent heating or melting un lunar rocks ("especially low natural TL (<5 krad at 250°C in the glow curve") which cannot be attributed to anomalous fading or thermal fading over especially large terrestrial ages, and which must reflect heating within the last hundred thousand years. (7)

  4. Hydrocarbons present on the Moon (8).

  5. Several predictions related to Jupiter or Venus (9). Venus' temperature would be, at least, 800 Kelvin degrees (10). It is completely different to Earth [the greenhouse ad-hoc explanation is based on many suppositions (11)].

  6. Earth's magnetic field would be stronger beyond the ionosphere (Van Allen Belts), and would extend beyond the Moon (12).

  7. Jupiter is a variable radio source (13).

  8. Solar system is chaotic and unstable (15) (3). In general, any N-bodies system could become chaotic, even though Energy Conservation Law and Angular Momentum Law appear to make it stable (16). Mercury and Venus could go out from their orbits in a short-term (14). [Titius-Bode is problably ruled by Minimum Energy States of plasma in the solar system (17)].


Most of those predictions can be found in Velikovsky's books: "Starazers and gravediggers", "Worlds in Collision" and "Earth in Upheaval".


Thunderbolts Project Predictions

  • Small amounts of water in comets (22). Efforts to find water are inconclusive (21). Exposed water ice on the nucleus of comet 67P Churyumov-Gerasimenko revealed "The absence of large regions of exposed water ice seems a common finding on the surfaces of many of the comets observed so far" (24). Dissociated water is the principal source of hydrogen in cometary halos (NASA (35)).

  • Composition of comets shows little or none water in the nucleus, and presences of chemical elements which need high temperatures to form (water would boil and escape) (23). Other elements found require liquid water (impossible at such temperatures (25). Cubanite, aslo found in them, cannot stad such temperatures. Elements such as Foesterite and Olivines are common in terrestrial volcanism but can also be formed during lightning (26). Olivines structure cannot be formed in presence of water.

  • Comet breakups and outbursts (28). Internal pressures of gasses sublimating water at huge distances from the Sun (tails can bee seen even beyond Saturn, Uranus -as come Halley- or Neptune (31)), are being replaced by landslides or avalanches in small bodies of a few tens of km (27). The diameter of comet Holmes became greater than the Sun (29). The outbursts are related to the ionosphere of the comet (electrically charged) (30).

  • Deep Impact on comet Tempel 1 advanced flash (32). Even the sheath around the impactor could be considered a succesful prediction.

  • X-rays and UV rays from comets (33).

  • Dust Devils and electromagnetic phenomena in Mars (36). The electric fields measured reach tens of kilovolts.

  • Earth generates magnetic storms in the Moon (37) as Velikovsky hinted. The Earth's plasmasheath is constantly moving and causing potential spikes of kilovolts on the Moon.

  • 101 'geysers' in Enceladus allegedly due to subsurface liquid water ocean breaking up (39). "Some unexpected process is vigorously heating the interior of Enceladus, especially the south polar region, and causing the ejection of the plumes of ice particles." 'Geysers' or plumes seem to move over the surface and appear in different places in pictures. Now NASA itself acknowledges that plumes are gas and dust (40).

  • Electrical etching or engraving of Io (42). They were thought to be cryo-volcanos by NASA, but they are found to be moving over Io's surface, in a similar fashion as Enceladus plumes.

  • Supernova SN 1987A and its equatorial rings show Birkeland currents in the outer part of the axial current (43). It posseses "highly magnetized ejecta". According to Thornhill, they are caused by z-pinch effect (44).

  • Connections of planets to the Sun and global current (48) (49) (53) (60) (61) (67) (68).

Solar system Confirmations


  1. Probably, SAFIRE Project is the most expectant confirmation of the Electric Star Model, which is a key cornerstone of the Electric Universe Theory (not necessarily of an ElectroMagnetic Universe or a Plasma Cosmology). The experimentally created 'Sun' showed "unexpected fluxes of high energy particles directed inward towards our sun". it is hypothesized that the emission of the sun, its composition, and its stellar classification is governed by a single mechanism: charged plasma affecting material at a different electrical potential. Results of experiments show no contradiction with Electric Sun theory and productions of heavy elements was observed. Combining a number of other experiments, redesigns, and refinements, further testing "revealed structurally similar discharges on the anode that were very similar to the sun’s plasma. Double layers, caused by charge (+/-) separation in plasmas, which produce granules and cellular layers in plasmas, were visually and/or qualitatively observed near the surface of the anode. The sun too exhibits extensive charge separation, temperature changes, and granulation as a function of distance from the core. The sun exhibits coronal ejections; the anode exhibited eruptions at regular intervals. The sun goes through emission solar cycles; the anode exhibited regular pulses despite a fully regulated DC input and clean power supply. The sun possesses a higher coronal temperature at a farther distance from the core as gauged by spectroscopy...". (45)

  2. Deposition of sediments on the Moon is electrically driven. So dangerous is for the possible astronauts that they would need to be shielded, because the satellite may reach potentials of 4.500 volts (38).

  3. Magnetic ropes linking the Earth's atmosphere to the Sun (48) and channelling solar energy (responsible for auroras, or Birkeland Currents (47)). Themis has discovered 'explosions' on them (66). "Flux Ropes power the Magnetosphere!: THEMIS discovered a flux rope pumping a 650,000 Amp current into the Arctic". (87)

  4. Moon is electrically connected to Earth (57).

  5. Martian plumes activated by Sun's CMEs (49) and plasma ropes at Mars terminator zone (53).

  6. Asteroids are acknowledged by NASA as electrically driven (54). Many Comets have also been documented as having electrical interactions (55) (56) . Coloured asteroids near Neptune did not get their color from their parents (64).

  7. Asteroid Bennu behaves like a comet (62). Oumuamua should be also considered a comet (63). Bennu is even spewing its own moons (65).

  8. Electrostatic currents in all airless planetary bodies (NASA) (60).

  9. Heliospheric Current Sheet measured by IBEX (equatorial ribbon) (85).

  10. Electrostatic Dunes (geologic formations) in Titan (58), Pluto, Mars, Venus, the Moon and, of course, Earth (59).

  11. The Plumes of Jupiter's Moon Europa are missing 'Hotspot Engines'. If Europa has geysers, the natural engines that power them are well-hidden (61).

  12. Enceladus and Saturn are linked by electric currents (67). At the same time, magnetic ropes between Saturn and the Sun have been observed (68).


Inter and Galactic Confirmations


  • Magnetic fields in clusters of galaxies (70). Also, magnetic fields in the large-scale structure of the Universe (71). Electric currents have ALSO BEEN CALCULATED in large-scales (kiloparsecs) (actually is not a measurement) (84).

  • Radio bridges 10 Million light years long linking colliding galaxy clusters (69). Diffuse radio emissions between 2 clusters (77).

  • Our neighbours Magellanic Clouds are joined by a 43,000-Light-Year-Long Stellar Bridge (72). Such bridge has faint threads linking them through Faraday rotation (73).

  • If magnetic fields were created by millions of chaotic supernova explosions, how is it that Ordered Magnetic Structures and Alignments are generated? (74) Cosmic magnetic fields are uncomfortable in some circles (78).

  • Plasma filaments between pairs of galaxies (75). Simultaneous star formation events in plasma filaments (79).

  • Electric currents have been measured along astrophysical jets (81). The electric wave is said to move faster than light (82). The highest electric current was 10¹⁸ (one million trillion) amps (88).

  • Formation of Torus-Unstable Flux Ropes and Electric Currents in coronal eruptions (83).

  • Even brown/red dwarfs, labelled as 'failed stars', has their own electric currents triggering Auroras (76).

  • Multilevel-dynamical-contrast analyses of images from Earth, Venus, and Saturn, taken in the visible light spectrum by Voyager 1 (Fig 8) outside the solar system, show that these planets are located on dusty filaments directed perpendicular to the ecliptic plane. The coaxial-tubular filaments are found to be of nearly identical size and are directed almost perpendicular to the axis of the filament. (80)
